Counseling Corner!

 

I am beginning my ninth year at Eldorado Elementary and my fifth year as an elementary counselor. I work with PK through 6th grade. My favorite part of my job is building relationships with my students to help them be the best version of themselves.  I love teaching students about character traits, helping students with social and emotional learning, academic skills and strategies, and helping students begin thinking about their future. It is never too early to begin thinking about college and careers! I am here to help your child succeed in all aspects of school.

I grew up in Early, Texas, and I graduated from Tarleton State University in 2013 with a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies. I graduated in 2019 with a M.Ed. in Guidance and Counseling from Angelo State University. I have two weenie dogs, Bentley and Dolly. In my spare time I love to travel, read, and run. I also enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I’m a huge Texas Rangers and Texas A&M fan!
